Terms and Conditions for Package E

• 6 specific MRT stations are Admiralty (NS10), Sembawang (NS11), Khatib (NS14), Yio Chu Kang (NS15), Bishan (NS17 / CC15), and Mayflower (TE6).
• Cancellation/postponement of the lesson must be made at least 48 hours before the lesson commences (no fee charge).
• Cancellation is only confirmed when a phone call or SMS is received from our planners.
• No shows for confirmed lessons, cancellation, or postponement of the lesson within 48 hours, the full lesson fees will be charged.
• No refund for any amounts made if students have not completed or decided to stop halfway through before the whole package ends.
• Please take note of the day & timing of your lesson and be punctual.
• Please note that no passenger is allowed to be seated behind the car when the lesson commences.
• An additional charge of $10 per lesson on weekends, public holidays, and peak hours (lessons start from 3pm onwards).
• Car Refresher Course Centre shall not be liable in any way for whatever or whoever causes any claims, liabilities, expenses, costs, injuries, losses, theft, or damages to a student’s vehicle or personal injuries during the lessons or after the lessons.

Terms and Conditions – Promotion for using centre’s vehicle at $30 (usual $55) for every lesson for Packages A to D

• Students need to start the lesson at any of these following 3 specific MRT stations for any package for the pick-up and drop-off.
• Yio Chu Kang Station (NS15) – preferred pick-up station, lesser crowd and traffic
• Mayflower Station (TE6) – at Exit 7 pickup along roadside (Will provide more info if needed)
• Bishan Station (CC15) – at Exit D pick-up bay (Will provide more info if needed)
• Students can request to drop-off at any of these 3 MRT stations after the lesson.
• Car Refresher Course Centre shall not be liable in any way for whatever or whoever causes any claims, liabilities, expenses, costs, injuries, losses, theft, or damages to a student’s vehicle or personal injuries during the lessons or after the lessons.

Terms and Conditions for Packages A to D

• There will be an additional charge of $55 per lesson for the rental of the driving centre’s car (Auto Sedan or SUV), with pickup at any location within Singapore.
• An additional charge of $10 for every lesson on weekends, public holidays, and evening lessons (lessons start from 3pm onwards).
• An additional charge of $10 for every lesson conducted using SUV and MPV vehicles.
• All packages must be completed within 6 months after the 1st lesson commences.
• Cancellation/postponement of the lesson must be made at least 48 hours before the lesson commences (no fee charge).
• Cancellation is only confirmed when a phone call or SMS is received from our planners.
• No shows for confirmed lessons, cancellation, or postponement of the lesson within 48 hours, the full lesson fees will be charged.
• No refund for any amounts made if students have not completed or decided to stop halfway through before the whole package ends.
• Partial or 1st payment of any package to be made before any slot is confirmed.
• Please take note of the day & timing of your lesson and be punctual.
• Please note that no passenger is allowed to be seated behind the car when the lesson commences.
• For lessons that commence from Sentosa Island, there will be an additional charge of $10 for every lesson.
• Students are not allowed to have more than one instructor within any package at any time.
• Students are not allowed to upgrade, downgrade, or share any package once it has been confirmed, but may request a new package if needed.
• Car Refresher Course Centre shall not be liable in any way for whatever or whoever causes any claims, liabilities, expenses, costs, injuries, losses, theft, or damages to a student’s vehicle or personal injuries during the lessons or after the lessons.
